СОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАНИЕ НАКОСТНОГО ОСТЕОСИНТЕЗА: ИСТОРИЧЕСКИЕ АСПЕКТЫ И ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ РАЗВИТИЯ

Аннотация

В статье представлена информация о совершенствовании внутреннего остеосинтеза с использованием накостных пластин. На основании изучения исторических аспектов систематизированы данные становления и развития метода накостного остеосинтеза. Описаны эволюционные этапы становления современных взглядов на использование накостных имплантатов от принципа открытой репозиции и внутренней фиксации до формирования концепции биологического остеосинтеза и применения минимально-инвазивного остеосинтеза. Проанализированы результаты научных исследований зарубежных авторов в контексте сравнения различных накостных пластин, что указывает на предпочтительное применение блокируемых компрессирующих пластин на современном этапе. Определены перспективные направления развития метода накостного остеосинтеза, совершенствования накостных пластин и методик их имплантации, среди которых отмечены накостные имплантаты из биодеградируемых материалов, что стало надежной и экономичной альтернативой металлическим фиксаторам. Знание исторических аспектов внутреннего остеосинтеза с использованием накостных пластин и развития данного направления может способствовать последующему совершенствованию накостного остеосинтеза с применением новых технологий.
