DIFFICULTIES IN DIAGNOSTICS OF GUILLIAN-BARRE SYNDROME WITH UNDERLYING OF NEW ONSET DIABETES MELLITUS
Abstract
Summary. The experience of Guillian-Barre syndrome diagnostics and treatment is described in this article. There are presented the diagnostic criteria of Guillian-Barre syndrome. Recommended the examination act conductive to make a correct diagnosis and to find out treatment approach. There is described a clinical case of acute inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy with underlying of new onset diabetes mellitus.
